Account and Access

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under their account. Promptly notify preneuify of any unauthorized use or security concerns.

Accounts and access credentials are personal and may not be transferred or assigned without prior written consent from preneuify.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact preneuify immediately. preneuify will take reasonable steps to secure the account and contribute the incident.

preneuify reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these terms, applicable laws, or pose a security risk to the platform or other users.

Service Description

preneuify provides informational resources and curated assistance for locating and evaluating luxury rental and purchase options in Thailand. Services may include property matching, viewing coordination, and documentation support where applicable.

Service features and availability may change over time. preneuify may modify or discontinue services in whole or in part and will inform users of significant changes where appropriate.

While preneuify aims to provide continuous access to its services, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen events. preneuify does not promise uninterrupted service.

User Conduct Rules

To ensure a safe and constructive environment, users must adhere to the following conduct rules when using preneuify services.

• Provide truthful and accurate information when interacting with the platform or service representatives.
• Respect privacy and personal data of other users and third parties; do not attempt to access restricted information.
• Refrain from harassing, abusive or discriminatory behavior in communications with preneuify staff or other users.
• Do not use the platform for illegal activities, including fraud, funds laundering or facilitating unlawful transactions.
• Follow reasonable instructions from preneuify staff during property viewings and service delivery.
• Do not upload malicious content or attempt to interfere with system integrity or security.
• Comply with all applicable local regulations related to real estate transactions and tenancy in Thailand.

User Content

User content includes any information, messages, photos or documents submitted by users through preneuify. Users retain ownership of their original content but grant preneuify rights to use it as described below.

Users retain intellectual property rights in the content they provide, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement. Submissions must not infringe third-party rights.

By submitting content to preneuify, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display the content for purposes related to providing the service, including property matching and communications.

Users are responsible for the content they submit and must ensure it does not violate laws, infringe third-party rights, or contain sensitive personal data of others without consent.

preneuify may remove or refuse to display content that violates these terms or applicable law. Users may request removal of their content and preneuify will evaluate such requests in accordance with its policies.

Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the preneuify website, including design, text, images and software, are owned or licensed by preneuify. Users may not reproduce or exploit site content beyond what is necessary for permitted personal use without prior authorization.

• Do not reproduce site materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Do not remove or alter copyright, activity or other proprietary notices.
• Respect third-party intellectual property rights and report any alleged infringements through the designated channels.

Paid Services

Certain services offered by preneuify may require payment. Paid services will be described with applicable terms, pricing and payment procedures at the time of purchase.

Pricing information for paid services will be provided clearly prior to purchase. Prices may include fees for coordination, premium matching or additional consultancy and will be stated in the offer materials.

Payments are accepted through the methods displayed at checkout. Payment terms, including timing and currency, will be specified for each paid service.

Where subscription services are offered, the subscription terms, renewal frequency and cancellation rules will be described at the point of sale.

prenueify may adjust pricing for services over time. Existing orders will be processed at the price agreed at the time of purchase, subject to the terms of the purchase agreement.

Failure to pay for paid services when due may result in suspension of access, interruption of service and collection actions in accordance with applicable law.

Disclaimer

Information provided by preneuify is for informational purposes and to assist users in evaluating luxury apartment options. While preneuify strives for accuracy, users should independently verify details and exercise due diligence before entering into contractual commitments.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, preneuify's liability for direct loss arising from use of the service is limited. preneuify is not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses, including lost benefits, unless required by law.

Third-Party Services

preneuify may rely on third-party service providers for listing information, analytics and communication. Use of third-party services is subject to those providers' terms and preneuify disclaims responsibility for third-party conduct beyond contractual controls.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service relationship in accordance with the terms agreed for the specific service. preneuify may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for lawful business reasons.

Upon termination, access to services may be revoked and outstanding obligations remain enforceable. preneuify may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Communications
